Virginia United Football Club inspires and motivates the local community to be active, have fun and challenge themselves through football for over 50 years, needed a modern-day facility to meet the current needs of their members.
A new facility was required, however, the existing building footprint meant there was no easy site to locate the new building.
Ausco worked with the club to meet the council's rigorous requirements. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the new purposed site was on contaminated land and a distance away for crucial infrastructure needs to connect the facility.
In February 2020 Ausco was engaged to design, manufacture and install the facility.
Their new clubhouse now has sufficient change rooms, that are female-friendly, accessible toilets, canteen with kitchen, office space, referees’ room a social/spectator viewing areas with full-length verandas, and ample storage. The clubhouse is multi-dimensional to support their holiday camps, training, and education.

Works were completed on-site without disruption to the clubs’ normal operations, and even better, after a few last-minute curveballs, a solution was promptly provided, and the full turnkey solution was delivered on schedule - allowing the club to hold their grand opening as planned.
